    Itinerary

    Day 1Arrival Delhi

    A warm welcome at the airport by our representative, transfer to the hotel for check in.
    DELHI – The capital of India, is a fascinating city with complexities and contradictions, beauty and dynamism, where the past co-exists with the present. Many dynasties ruled from here and the city is rich in architecture of its monuments. Delhi is not only the present metropolis of India but also a necropolis, because of its location being on the banks of the river Yamuna.

    Day 2Sightseeing of Old & New Del

    After a good rest and a leisurely breakfast, enjoy a city tour of old and New Delhi. The tour includes the narrow lanes of Rajpath, India Gate and drive past President’s Palace.

    Day 3Drive Jaipur

    Morning drive to the Pink City “Jaipur” (235 kms/ 6 hrs approximately) JAIPUR: Also called the Pink City. The town of Jaipur is in fact, built in the form of a nine-part Mandala known as the ‘Pithapada’. Nine in-facts signify the nine planets of the ancient astrological zodiac. The Hawa Mahal in Jaipur is one of the most popular tourist destinations in Northern India.Arrival Jaipur and transfer to the Hotel.
    Overnight at the Hotel.

    Day 4Sightseeing of Jaipur Elephant Ride at Amer Fort

    After breakfast, excursion to Amber the old capital of Jaipur rulers. Ride on back of an elephant from the foot of the hill up to the gates of the fortress.

    Day 5Drive to Agra via Fatehpur Sikri

    Morning, drive to Agra (270 Kms/ 5 hrs approximately) via Fatehpur sikri. Arrive Agra & transfer to the Hotel

    Day 6Agra Sightseeing

    After check in proceed for the city sightseeing and visit Taj Mahal – built emperor, Shah Jahan, as a memorial of eternal love for his beloved wife Mumtaz Mahal, Agra Fort which perhaps offers the most moving view of the Taj Mahal from its octagonal tower situated across the River Yamuna.

    Day 7Train to Jhansi Drive Khajuraho

    After breakfast, you will be transferred to the Agra station to board the train to Jhansi. On arrival at Jhansi station you will drive to Orchha. & sightseeing tour of Orchha. After sightseeing drive to Khajuraho. On arrival check in at the hotel. Later in the afternoon you visit the city of erotic temples visit the Eastern Temples.

    Overnight at the Hotel.

    The temples at Khajuraho were built during the Chandela dynasty, which reached its apogee between 950 and 1050. Only about 20 temples remain; they fall into three distinct groups and belong to two different religions – Hinduism and Jainism. They strike a perfect balance between architecture and sculpture. The Temple of Kandhria is decorated with a profusion of sculptures that are among the greatest masterpieces of Indian art.

    Day 8Morning visit the Western temples Afternoon fly Varanasi

    After the morning breakfast visit the western temples. Afternoon transfer to the airport to board flight to Varanasi. On arrival in Varanasi check in at the hotel. Evening, visit the temples of Varanasi. In the evening visit the Aarti ceremony, where the Brahmins, the priests salute the mother Ganges for spreading life and wisdom.

    Day 9Sightseeing of Varanasi

    Very early, just before the sun rise you once again return to the river to view the faith of the ordinary who come and bathe in the Ganges and discharge their daily rituals. Return to the hotel for breakfast. Later visit Sarnath temple and local market. Evening free at leisure.

    Day 10Varanasi Flight to Delhi and Departure

    After breakfast transfer to the airport to board flight to Delhi. Arrive Delhi & connect flight back home.
